Religious Quote: Joseph Ratzinger

A just laicism allows religious freedom. The state does not impose religion but rather gives space to religions with a responsibility toward civil society, and therefore it allows these religions to be factors in building up society.
Joseph Ratzinger

Not all moral issues have the same moral weight as abortion and euthanasia. There may be legitimate diversity of opinion even among Catholics about waging war and applying the death penalty, but not... with regard to abortion and euthanasia.
Joseph Ratzinger

Having a clear faith, based on the creed of the church is often labeled today as fundamentalism. Whereas relativism, which is letting oneself be tossed and swept along by every wind of teaching, look like the only attitude acceptable to today's standards.
Joseph Ratzinger

The wrath of God is a way of saying that I have been living in a way that is contrary to the love that is God. Anyone who begins to live and grow away from God, who lives away from what is good, is turning his life toward wrath.
Joseph Ratzinger

To me, its seems necessary to rediscover - and the energy to do so exists - that even the political and economic spheres need moral responsibility, a responsibility that is born in man's heart and, in the end, has to do with the presence or absence of God.
Joseph Ratzinger

The Cross is the approbation of our existence, not in words, but in an act so completely radical that it caused God to become flesh and pierced this flesh to the quick; that, to God, it was worth the death of his incarnate Son.
Joseph Ratzinger

We are moving toward a dictatorship of relativism which does not recognize anything as for certain and which has as its highest goal one's own ego and one's own desires.

A Dog Called Perciville

Author’s Note: This story is a made up story on how a dog went to the park and met his true love and how they lived happily ever after and had a boy and a girl yorkie-chon puppy.

There once was a dog named Perciville and he was owned by the most wonderful family that could ever live. He had everything he could ever imagine except for one thing. A lady to keep him company. He could not stop thinking about the perfect lady to be with for the rest of his life. One day, Perciville was sleeping and he looked outside of his window and thought he saw the love of his life. He quickly went through the doggy door and chased after it as fast as his little four legs could take him. The species stopped and looked at him. Perciville started to lick the species and he backed away. He backed away because when he looked up, it was a guys foot! The guys foot was so hairy, Perciville thought that it was a dog! After the fact, Perciville ran inside for some water to get all of that disgusting hairs off of his tongue. After he had his water and got all of the hairs off, he went to bed.

The next day, Perciville and his owners went to the park to play in the grass. There were so many dogs there, when finally, he saw her. The love of his life running like the wind with her brown coat and sparkling blue eyes, he could not resist by running to her. He ran like the wind as well. Perciville stopped to take a good look at her. She gave him a smile and laid by him. Perciville laid down as well and they slept until the next day. They were so tired because they ran around like crazy and from getting stuck in the snow.

The next day came by very slow. The two puppies heard the birds chirping and the sun on their face. They both woke up and started to jump around. The lady dog all of a sudden fell to the floor. Perciville ran over by her and she was in a lot of pain. 2 minutes later, two baby puppies popped out. Perciville started to cry. He was now a father! Perciville went up to the babies and licked them clean. His life was now complete. He had the wife of his dreams and a girl and a boy baby. Perciville took his wife and two kids back to his home. The owners were so pleased. Perciville and his wife looked at each other and were so happy with the life that they were going to share their lives together.

THE END!!!
